Booking terms
Requests and confirmation
Submitting the booking form sends a request, not a confirmed reservation. A tour is only booked once we confirm availability and pricing by email and you accept.
Group size
Tours are offered for groups of 5 to 20 people. Larger parties should contact us to discuss options.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with your booking. You never pay before we have confirmed availability and the total price by email.
Cancellations and weather
Detailed cancellation, weather and refund conditions are confirmed by the operator before launch and will be provided with your booking confirmation. If weather makes riding unsafe, we will always offer to reschedule.
Status of these terms
These terms are a working draft. Final commercial terms must be approved by the operator before the site goes live.
